Ragging in today's world is a common thing. But the shame it brings to a junior is always remembered by them, which he transfer to the coming juniors, thus generation of ragged juniors remain flying.
It was my first year in my college, and my first day in my class. Class passed by smoothly, but the danger was awaiting outside, our seniors. We were going back to our rooms, when a batch of seniors passed by. They saw us and called us.We, like a sentious junior went there. They asked many question to us. Mainly the Introduction round. After introduction round, one of the seniors, asked us to show our muscles status. We're surprized, but like an obedient juniors, we show our muscle tone to them. Then they asked us to show our chest.How can a guy, show his body in the center of road, where many eyes watching us and laughing at us. After much talk, when we didn't agree, they tore our shirt, and let us go to our room, with the torn shirt. Many of the citizens watched this nudity show live, and we're so ashamed of that incident that it took around a week to come back to college. Till that time, the college officials had suspended the seniors involved, and the guy who asked for it, got an RC.
But the incident remained in our mind for the whole engineering life.
